a hello and question about EQ2...

First off. Hello! I have not been on Ayonae Ro for well over a year now. I left for SWG. My kid will be getting an EQ2 account when it comes out and we will be dropping one SWG account. So...that will also allow me to play some EQ2 and I was wondering this...

Will Ayonae Ro people be joining up on the same server or not? Have any server names been announced yet and or how many servers there will be at launch?

I have been gone for so long that I don't remember many names of people I used to be friends with other then cinan and kilman...but I know that I liked the people and guilds of a ro and if I play EQ2 I want to be on the same server as all of you.

I was at the computer store a couple days ago and I am in awe of how many expansions have came out since I left!!!

I am enjoying my time in SWG...but lets just say the game is as buggy/unbalanced now as it was a year ago.

When I left a little over a year ago Ayonae Ro was a fun server! Is it not anymore?

Dear Nubnub:

I don't think it's a matter of A Ro having a 'fun' or not fun server, but rather the feeling many people have that if it's a new game, they'd like it to be totally new and in other words have a fresh start, free from any past associations with their previous social structures/guilds and any associated baggage, etc. I think that you will see some reincarnations, of course, but a lot of people are going to be looking for a totally clean slate...
