I tried that, and figured it was smarter to post here, since I know nothing about any of the stores. Not entirely true. I know about newegg.com, but I can't find if they ship abroad or not. They didn't even have what I was looking for in stock. Hence the post.

Newegg does not, found that in about 15 seconds skimming their shipping FAQ. Most major distributors will not in order to preserve market differentiation, most minor ones won't just because they don't like dealing with it.
Another 15 seconds on google turned this up: http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=251823 Which may or may not be helpful to you but is certainly more efficient that message boards :> |

Dell will ship to all kinda of places. Not sure what your looking for but I do know they ship to France and other various countries overseas. Just give them a buzz and ask them.
