Dude

Pie crust flattened out in a square....

Lay down bacon on it so that the bacon covers the pie crust..

Then take chicken breasts butterfly cut (that's flat, then cutting them in half so they're even thinner), then lay the chicken on top of the bacon....

Then sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper (or any seasoning you like with chicken) and roll it into a log of sorts....

Then take that and stick it in the oven at 220 degrees for 3 hours, rolling it over every thirty minutes.

And Voila! Now you have Iclandic Chicken! A recipe that dates back pre 1600 (cept for the salt and pepper bit, they didn't have those, I put that in there hehe).

Give it a shot, it's easy, and will make you look like a cultured chef hehe
