Castersrealm's Enchanter class forum is pretty much *the* enchanter discussion forum out there. They also have a good section on general information on the class as well, although it is somewhat dated. The forum can be found here:

Wow, traffic on The Runes has picked up since I was last there . It was struggling to get off the ground last I was spending a lot of time scrounging for class info...

And Diku's epic walkthrough is simply fabulous, although it is outdated in a couple of places (most notably, the location of the Ghost of Kindle in the Hole), and the addition of all the focus information is really nice.
