Default eq2 wow question.

http://www.mmorpg.com/gamelist.cfm/s...ature/1/page/1

Seems both EQ2 and WOW are aimed at the more casual gamer... Ya know the people who put together groups and decide they wanna log two minutes after you start . So does WOW really attract the annoying little kids that use to play on Everquest Live? Cause if it does hell I might just have to stay on EQ when they all leave!

Ya know I kept reading that too and was actually believing it until I started playing beta. There is raid content at early levels and you can sit and play for hours a time if you wish. It's just different in that in a short amount of time you feel like you are progressing and going some where and all classes can solo. And no I didn't break the NDA this is listed at many fan sites I'm just repeating it

I don't think WoW will attract any more annoying people than anything else. Even in stress test, it wasn't that pronounced, and that's probably the worst crowd there'll be.

The guy that wrote that review is a moron. Reading his moaning about the quest system made my brain numb for five minutes.

wow is a well balanced game

that article bashed it very hard on minor subjects, the game will probably attract a more younger crowed coming from playing WC3/FT, but i doubt it will be more "annoying"

both wow and eq2 have game enthusiast level of playing, wow just hides it more then EQ does

I dont think you will get the annoying Bnet players on WoW, because WoW is a subscription game, so that should keep many annoying kiddies out.

And EQ is not? Annoying people are everywhere, it's all in how you interact and deal with them or NOT if you are smart
