What I don't get is why Fehr is sucking up, saying they may have a new policy soon.

While I don't condone steroids...

It was collectively bargained. The owners signed off on it. Why isn't he standing there yelling back at the political posturing folks about the fact the owners agreed to it, but congress wants to change it because THEY think it isnt fair.

What are they going to do? Remove the anti-trust exemption baseball enjoys? That would hurt the owners, not the union.

Talk about a precident. Don't be surprised if we hear from a Teamsters rep soon if the gov't wants to step in on this.
