Is the series paced well? 51 -> 9 episodes would seem a bit rushed, it's my favourite romance story after Maison Ikkoku so I'm quite looking forward to this.

It's fantastic. I watched part of it in Japan. Even though the manga is very long, 9 episodes is perfect for this show. The Taiwanese version 流星花園 was stretched out too long and the story soon got boring.

However, I still think the Taiwanese one has better F4 members. Each episode is approximately 45 minutes.
