Esbat and I discussed this a bit, and he raised a good point, the "sword that cuts through this whole argument."

So we approve the congresswoman's request and add minority-specific names to hurricanes. Currently, the largest minority population in the US are Hispanics, so we must start off with a distinctively Hispanic name.
