Default Named Football Plays

There is The Catch, The Immaculate Reception, certain plays that will live on in NFL lore forever.

My friends and myself were debating if the opening onside kick of the Super Bowl should join the ranks of those plays.

What do you all thing, should 'The Kick' be there?

I think it should. it was a very ballsy move and while you can say that there were other plays that sealed the victory it was that one that started the ball rolling in the Aints favor.

I agree, it was a stroke of tactical genius.

On another note, would "The Knee" qualify? Denny Green's decision to take a knee rather than go for the points is still talked about every football season up here in Minny-snow-ta.
