What is this series about other than plastic surgery? I've seen it on the shelves of Blockbuster for some time. Is this about the problems people have under the skin?

In a nutshell, yes. It's some pretty provocative issues - or at least that's the word they like to use in their advertisements. Sean McNamera and Christian Troy are two Miami plastic surgeons - top notch guys - best in the business. Each episode centers around a plastic surgery that has something to do with their own personal lives. A conjoined twins surgery came with the possibility of the partnership disolving.

There's sex galore, and some of the world's hottest women (Famke Jensen, anyone?) - as well as some pretty heavy night-time soap opera drama. It's FX-nighttime The Shield-level sex and violence and language, and it's part of their year-round rotation of The Shield, Rescue Me and Nip/Tuck.

It's worth a watch. Last season's Famke Jensen shocker was well worth the price of admission

Pretty cool show. Worth watching if you like those types of drama. Little far fetched at times though.

It's been two weeks since I've had a healthy dose of exagerated steamy sex on Nip/Tuck. All I got this week was Christian's ass again

I hope we get to see more of Rhona Mitra.
