Yeah, Jackson has been SO true to the original literature in the first two movies I can see how you would say that. HAHAHAHAHA, yeah right.
Like elves winning the fight for the humans in Helm's Deep, or Aragorn's fall off the cliff and dream about Liv Tyler for 25 minutes, or any of the other 1000 omissions, changes, and additions. The whole series has thus far been a great disappointment to me, it further confirms that film makers are too egotistical to actually film LOTR as it deserves to be shot and, rather, are too bent on satisfying the wishes of Hollywood producers and putting one's own touch on a story so good, complete, and well recognized that NOBODY needed to do ANYTHING to it in order to present it in film format.
So if you think reading ROTK is going to have much to do with the turd burger they're going to serve us up next month, you probably thought TTT was "roxx0rs", in which case grats, you are the reason they have dumbed down one of the greatest stories ever told in order to present us with the lowest common deno
