Watched it this weekend.
If you didn't catch the first one, it's a zombie flick set in Britain. Infection spread through the whole country, with a twist. They weren't your Shaun of the Dead zombies, but ultra-supped up ones, who ran fast and attacked hard.

I'd recommend you see the second one as it's pretty good. A harrowing kind of scary, bloody gruesome too.

28 weeks after the initial outbreak, the zombies have died of starvation. An American led NATO force has arrived and occupied London, creating a 'green zone' and finally declaring Britain free of infection. Those survivors found and others who were out of the country at the time are allowed back in, and reconstruction begins. But of course, that's when the trouble starts...

Yes, yes, you can see the political overtones. But ignore them, it's just movie-liberalism and the movie bursts on the screen with blood and gore from the outset, and it's a good 2hrs of downright fear.

For any zombie fans, it's worth a watch. Some good - and sadly rare - British/American acting chemistry. Was nice to see London on the big screen for once, as opposed to NY or LA.
