I read a thread on what appeared to be a photoshop bbs which had a picture of a paper left in a mailbox by a mailman that said something like "A message from your local postal carrier...".

The people of the board then proceeded to photoshop the paper into very funny things, like:

A message from your local postal carrier:
Please keep your horribly irradiated mutated dog on a leash.

And stuff like that.

Does anyone have a link to this thread?

I know it sounds stupid atm, but the thread is funny as hell, trust me.
