This guy is just pissed his dog died and apparently it was ill BEFORE he took it to the groomer. So now he decides to try to pass a law to make groomers get licensed like beauticians.

I had a cat that dropped dead like a lighning bolt hit it right after we gave it a flea bath.

The dog probably died from a heart attack as I'm sure that to some animals grooming can be traumatic and their untimely demise is probably not the fault of the groomer.

Well if he was a dog lover and knew his dog has some health issues...he should of learned how to groom his own dog. clipping nails, trimming hair, ect.. is some pretty easy things to do. I do it to my two Pits every month and wouldn't pay someone else to do it.

giving a bath, trimming nails, and hair isn't THAT hard.

Not to mention he expected this groomer to know the dog was ill, when he should have known himself no? If it was lethargic or whatever....
