In light of our effort to publish our board policies and conduct code, herewith are the legal restrictions in relation to board use. They are effective on the posting date immediately. The Frequently Asked Questions ("FAQ") will be updated along with the board rules and registration agreement.
Ayonae Ro Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP")
Please read this Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") carefully before participating in any of the forums offered by Ayonae.Ro. The intent of the policy is to provide a clear understanding of Ayonae.Ro's expectations for forum users. In participating in any of the forums offered by Ayonae.Ro, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

You are responsible for your activities and agree to abide by this Policy. Complaints about other participants should be forwarded to Ayonae.Ro for action. If activity in violation of this Policy continues, then the right to participate in Ayonae.Ro's forums may be subject to termination or other action as Ayonae.Ro deems appropriate, without notice. Ayonae.Ro reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, effective upon posting to its web site. Ayonae.Ro has no practical ability to monitor all conduct, communications, or content which might violate this Policy. Therefore, Ayonae.Ro does not assume liability to users for violation of the Policy, nor does a failure to act by Ayonae.Ro constitute a waiver of its rights pursuant to the Policy.
2. User Responsibility.
You shall comply with the terms and conditions of this Policy. You shall not use the services offered by Ayonae.Ro in ways that violate laws, infringe the rights of others, interfere with users of Ayonae.Ro's forums, or otherwise violate the Policy. For example, and without limiting the scope of the foregoing, you shall not engage, attempt, or otherwise assist in (a) the impersonation of another person with fraudulent or malicious intent; (b) the compromising of the security, or the unauthorized access of any site or network; (c) the distribution of child pornography, obscenity or defamatory material over the Internet; (d) the infringement of copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights; (e) the perpetuating of a fraud; (f) the contacting of another person so as to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass such other person; (g) Ponzi schemes, chain letters, pyramid schemes or other such scams; (h) the forging of any email message or header, in whole or in part; or (i) any other activity or purpose in violation of law, or in such a manner as to interfere with the use of the forums offered by Ayonae.Ro.
3. Disclaimer.
Information posted on forums is supplied by third parties unless Ayonae.Ro or its authorized representative identifies itself as the content poster. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties are those of the respective author(s) and not of Ayonae.Ro. You will not post any of the following material in any forum: (a) material which threatens or abuses others, or which is defamatory or libelous, or which is invasive of another's privacy;
(b) material for which you do not have the right to post, including the proprietary material of any third party;
(c) material which advocates illegal activity or discusses an intent to commit an illegal act;
(d) material for advertising or commercial solicitation;
(e) material which is vulgar, obscene, pornographic, or indecent; or
(f) material which does not pertain directly to the subject matter of the particular forum.
Ayonae.Ro reserves the right to monitor the forums to determine compliance with these Terms and Conditions, as well the right to remove or refuse to post any posting, including any of the above postings upon discovery thereof. Notwithstanding these rights, you remain solely responsible for the content of your postings. You acknowledge and agree that neither Ayonae.Ro nor any third party content provider will assume or have any liability for any action or inaction by Ayonae.Ro or any third party content provider with respect to any posting on the forums. You will not (i) select or use a member name or e-mail address of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use a user name or e-mail address subject to the rights of any person without authorization; (iii) use a member name in violation of the intellectual property rights of any person; or (iv) use a member name that Ayonae.Ro, in its sole discretion, deems offensive.
4. Reporting and Enforcement.
If you are aware of a potential violation of this Policy, please direct the information to webmaster@ayonae.ro. Ayonae Ro will investigate potential violations carefully before taking action. All complaints will be actively investigated, and enforcement action will be taken as appropriate. A variety of factors, including the severity of the abuse and the history of the account involved, will be taken into account in determining the appropriate enforcement action, which may include (a) the issuance of written or verbal warnings; (b) the suspension or termination of the ability to participate in forums; or (c) any other reasonable and appropriate measures necessary to enforce to Policy. Sanctions may vary.
5. Claimed Copyright Infringement and Digital Millennium Copyright Act Compliance.
Ayonae.Ro is in compliance with 17 U.S.C. ยง 512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). It is our policy to respond to any infringement notices and take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You must provide a written communication by certified mail that details the information listed in the following section. You will be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you misrepresent information listed on our site that is infringing on your copyrights. We suggest that you first contact an attorney for legal assistance on this matter.
The following elements must be included in your copyright infringement claim:
(a) Provide evidence of the authorized person to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
(b) Provide sufficient contact information so that we may contact you;
(c) You must also include a valid email address;
(d) You must identify in sufficient detail the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed and including at least one search term under which the material appears in Ayonae Ro search results;
(e) A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
(f) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; and
(g) Must be signed by the authorized person to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly being infringed.
