What do you think? Should we ignore something like this in the name of better relations?
And someone job my memory - wasn't Hillary Clinton blasted for this a couple of years ago, when she tried a similar measure?

I remember hearing about this on NPR. It was odd, since the group responsible for passing the resolution (which is non-binding, apparently) was getting leaned on by presidential staff (if I remember right) to avoid making it. On the one hand, I support them for not wanting to sweep it under the rug. On the other, I'm wondering if we can afford to slap someone across the face given the state we're in now.

Unfortunately, I expect the decision will be based on "what have the Armenians done for us lately", compared to what we can expect from Turkey in terms of cooperation and alliances.
History seems easily ignored when not profitable, or advantageous.
