It's been a while since I posted a nice gloating bandwidth screenshot, but I got a nice transfer today.

I think everyone should be able to download 504 megs in just under 2 minutes.

Ok I've always wondered, but how does one take screenshots of Windows dialog boxes?

print screen, then hit control v into your favorite photo editor, or mspaint if you are ghetto.

Crop host and link!

Crop host and link!Or, you could do it the RIGHT way. ALT-PrintScreen captures the active window. No cropping necessary.

that's not so impressive though. with that connection you should have been able to reach 11-12mb/s, shouldn't you? atleast that's my record.

Where can I get a decent 'print screen' program or driver or whatever it is? Thanks.

You know my network details and aren't sharing? It's router related, probably, in my case. I could have probably opened another 45megabit connection to another host.

I'll try to stress test things next time I go in on the weekend :)

I was simply guessing mainly. It's not all that common with connections above 10 megabit and most of them are 100, like mine :)

That connection you see above isn't megabits... ...it's megaBYTES. Basicly, I saturated a single DS-3 44.73Mb connection (28x T1 connections). By comparison, my cox cable gets my about 500 megabits on a good day, about a 10th of what I can get at work on a single connection.

Now, if I was a stud, I'd work someplace like Easynews :) They've got 7 gigabit ethernet links to 4 providers and two more OC-12 connections to two other providers.

Um yeah, but I was under the impression that it did not function correctly by default, as nothing happens when I press it. I thought there was something like "Print me Internet driver" or something around. If I don't need a driver/program, then please explain to me how it works...

Ir workd like copying text via right-click copy/paste. Saves the file temporarily till you paste it somewhere.
