A few days late but this one will make you scratch your head...

http://msn.foxsports.com/cfb/story/5493782

Origionally this story broke saying he was bludgeoned to death and he had to be identified by his finger prints.

"While police waited for fingerprints and dental records to identify the body, Nashville defense attorney Jim Neal confirmed the victim was Young."

The next day the ruled his death as accidental.

The whole house was a crime scene, blood everywhere, had to be ided by his fingerprints...

That's one hell of an "accident".

Read about this, seems he hit his head and then walked all over the house spurting blood. can see where homicide was the first guess but once the forensic got going there was a lack of things like "spray pattern" and stuff that would be consistant with an assault by a second party.

Waiting to hear what the grand jury returned in the Duke Lacrosse scandal, but it seems to me since the DNA testing came back false the case is pretty weak and down to a he said she said scenario.

Two players turned themselves in this AM. I'm curiuos too but as the DA said....DNA evidence hasn't always been in trials sometimes you have to do it the old fashioned way with like a jury and witnesses and stuff.

Sad day for everyone involved though the victim, the accussed, and the school. I can just imagine the crackdown on partying that will take place there in the coming months.

The two players are being held on 400k bond, so there must have been something to it I would think.
