Hopefully some of you were able to catch the speeches by McCain and Obama at this dinner, which were just shown on MSNBC and were a great demonstration of both of their sense of humor.

If someone can find the speeches and link them, I believe everyone would enjoy seeing them.

Great speeches from both....renewed my faith in both men. We forget way too often that there are no such things as Republicans and democrats or right or left....we are all something much more important...Americans. We can't let anything, any issue or any enemy, break that bond.

Wow, they were both awesome.
Running for President is easy. Comedy is hard. It's a major risk for a campaign to put its candidate in a near roast situation with the opponent....much more so than a debate.
