As for what happened to your character, it'll be tough to find out without either knowing the current name or taking back your account.

I looked up Tzaria on eqplayers...and the highest level I found was a 52 enchanter. So the person who bought your toon must have changed the name. Only way I can see you finding out what happened to the toon is if you took the account back.
