I'm just curious, I know OOW has been out for a while but surely some guild somewhere is raiding PoP. And don't say AoR b/c I haven't seen many raids out of them recently....well not "official" raids anyway.

I ask b/c I have needed the same 3 flags for months and I would really really like to see the EPs.

HOH1--had this flag twice but due to unforeseen circumstances (server crashes) I lost it BOTH times :(

VC is. Every Tuesday and Sunday at a minimum. We've killed through RZTW when our ally Prism was at its strongest. On our own we arent quite that far =) We're not currently recruiting tho =(

PS, Backflagging is a PITA. How many guilds has it killed?

There are plenty that raid PoP. Everyone goes at their own pace.

I went to the bathroom today, as I was getting up I noticed the front of the toilet ring had a worn place at the front of it.
It made me wonder what rubbed the paint off.

Anyone that thinks backflagging (or the inability to do so) directly killed anybody is in denial. That may be the most visible symptom, but backflagging is no different from any other guild timesink and I don't recall a gaggle of guilds claiming they broke up over Sleeper's keys and VT keys and VP keys or not being able to kill CT and Innoruuk.

The real "problem" with PoP was the huge raid sizes intended for stuff, which hopefully with Omen's levels and AAs will be reduced enough that most anybody can do it if they want to badly enough. I know we did everything pre-elemental with 45 last year, which I think is within the reach of more casual or whatever organizations, and certainly more realistic than 72. The real "guild killer" that I saw was going from the big raid of 36 in Velious to 50-60ish in Luclin and 72+ in PoP.

Anyway, to my knowledge Fellowship of Dragons, Vallis Aspectus, Final Destiny, Valiant Crusaders and whatever the guild of the month is (Black Syndicate or Plane of Transcendence now?) still do pre-elemental stuff.
