I played it for a while before I got that heh. My best try before that was 3950. I just wanted to break 4k. The 5995 was my first try this morning after getting up, seems sleep helped me play it alot better.

The nice thing about FFR is that they add a new song every week or so. Never really gets old for me, though I suppose I have carpal tunnel to worry about at some point in the near future.

I've yet to pass any other songs with a difficult of 10 or higher, so I think Flight of the Bumblebee's difficulty of 13 may be misleading. :P

(Edit: Turns out Silence is another difficulty 13 one that can be passed by mashing buttons, heh...)

Try Misc > Libertine. It has a difficulty of 9 but it's pretty straightforward, basically long strings of 8th notes. It's also color coded to show which arrows are right on the beat.

Try Dance > Uber Rave, and CIA Rave. If you can finish those, I'll be impressed. :p Silence is a button masher :/. Under arcade, Balloon Frenzy (have to page down) is also another hard one.

Heh, it was an ugly win, but still a win...using a slightly less braindead version of my Silence button mashing technique. You wouldn't be impressed if you saw it. :P

The best i can pass without button mashing and with a good score so far is libertine. I cant even see the damn arrows on uber-rave and the like. Is there a technique or anything i missed?

No, there is not. The only thing you can do is randomly mash buttons and hope you get enough to keep your bar from going down on those. Supposedly there are people who actually have some kind of technique for them, but I have yet to find them. The best I've been able to do with any sort of actual skill instead of randomly smashing at buttons is probably ph34r m3 on arcade, or Rondo Al Turca 2.0 under purchased. Maybe Neomax, but thats not really that difficult. Stalled out on Sushi bars (Dance, near the bottom) I can do without missing. Also X-Dreamer's Cut I can full combo.
