Channel has always been dead. I still play though..just not regularly atm. Since I'm just about guildless again, I'll prolly be in the channel again out of sheer boredom.

Bard channel was tight when Luclin and channels were first introduced. There were always a shitload of fun people in it. Now it sucks. =(

I guess it did have it moments. Depends who was on and who was fighting back and forth. It kinda turned into an EW bard channel so it got kinda boring to me.

It died because Trell quit EQ and Kinuvan stopped replying to people who made fun of him.

It might have something to do with good bards becoming as much of a rarity as a virgin after a night spent with Elvis Presley or Gene Simmons. Most of them got carpal tunnel and quit. :D

That's not Trell's excuse. You'd have to actually twist to develop carpal tunnel :(

I never had a problem with the channel, other than lack of people at times. Most of my best in-game friends were bards, ashame most of them have gone on to greener pastures ... much like myself.

Well we could all try to meet up in a new game. Like Wow since EQ2 looks like it is going to be the suck (

I'm not sure what you mean Zehn. I've played a Shaman up to 45, a Night Elf to 30 -- and they both seem pretty equal when it comes to difficulty.

I always thought the bard channel was pretty entertaining. The last time I logged in there was only one other bard in there and I didn't know who they were.
