Maybe my search skills have declined over the years, but I'm unable to find this anywhere.
Just purchased a amd64 FX and interested in trying the 64bit beta version out, and I know theres alot in this community who probly have greater access to it then I do.
If anyone has hints, or can send me a copy/iso I'd appreciate a response or PM/Email. Thanks in advance.

i also believe its in beta format, so expect a "full" 64bit with good 32bit emulation to come out once the processor becomes more available

chances are it wont run any better then normal XP atleast till some software is written for it.

The AMD64 chipset should run 32 bit apps compiled for it much faster than the equivilent 32 bit chipset.
First, you should be ablt to put more than 4 gigs of memory into one of those babies. While a 32 bit app can only access 4 gigs of it, that leaves more room for disk caches and OS, and would improve multi-process situations.
And then, from what I hear from the local ASM guy, AMD64 has twice as many registers even in 32 bit mode -- if your 32 bit code is complied for AMD64, the compiler will be in happy happy fun land. A simple recompile with different optimization flags turned on may improve performace of apps that ship with the AMD64-compatable OS.
The 64 bit addressing mode (for database apps etc) is just gravy. I'd suspect that most programs won't support 64 bit mode, but will instead be optimized for AMD64/32. . . Or, at least, I think that is the roadmap my company is going to be following. Mmm, registers.

1) Download Emule: www.emule-project.net (http://www.emule-project.net)
2) Find a server.met file on Yahoo (search for "Emule Server.met") that lists "All Servers".
3) Update Emule with the server.met file or URL.
4) Connect to a server with a lot of people online (Razorback, ProbenPrinze.de, Silent Bob)
5) Search for "Windows 64"
6) Download one with a lot of sources.
7) Wait - it could take a while - I often find that I get 2.5k a second but since it downloads on a queue system I often find that if I look an hour or two later I'm getting a higher download speed. Sometimes I leave my PC on overnight and find I have half of everything I've set downloading either done or close to done.
Hope this helps,
