That is so awful and those people should be prosectued, especially the jackasses complaining that they'd been in line since yesterday and should be allowed to continue shopping. WHAT THE !@#@#!?

If the right cop had been there in charge, he would have had all the shoppers in front of the line held off to one side for questioning regarding the incident and possible arrest, the area would be taped off, and NO TRAFFIC through the area until after the crime scene folks were completely finished.

That would have been a lesson for both the shoppers and the Store for not providing an adequate arrangement for people entering.

The Wal Mart's across the town here never shut down. I was in line at bestbuy to get a tv and remote i wanted was in line for 3.5 hours. We sent some highschool kids for coffee and tacos in return for 1 dollar delivery charge and holding them a spot in line. I got my tv and remote and spent the past few days setting it up!@!!

BTW anyone know a good thing to use to calibrate a 1080p lcd ? I have blueray and dvd with up converts.

Not sure if it's helpful but a lot of older widescreen DVDs had calibration test in their "additional features," I have an old DVD Of Nausicaa that has numerous color, brightness, screen orientation and even THX sound channel tests in buried in there. Intended for analog sets but still quite useful, I'm sure you can find a test disc of that sort of stuff cheaply.

I remember 1 year when I was working at Best Buy, I happened to be near the front doors when they opened them up on "Black Friday". 1 guy almost knocked me down running into the store, and another 1 was about to when I drew back my fist and said "Back up, dude!" He went around me. For the life of me, I can't figure out why people act like that on that day....

When I was 15 I got a job at Toys R Us omg that place on black friday was insane. I swear they should have issued the employee's riot gear and tear gas to control the mobs. I then moved from a large small market store a very large large market store and that only took 1 year to get me to decide that i needed a different job! I swear nothing against parents and people in general but sometimes just say no when your child wants that chimpokimonholidaybarbieelmofrenchticklingps2.
