Doesn't a federal indictment = guilt like 90% of the time?

Game over for Barry, I'll try not to shed a tear.

Damn. He could get up to 30 years in jail for all of that.

Shortly after the indictment was handed up, Bonds' personal trainer, Greg Anderson, was ordered released after spending most of the past year in prison for refusing to testify against his longtime friend.

Looks like someone finally talked.

I heard an interview with Geragos (Anderson's attorney) last night on ESPN radio. He stated unequivocally that Anderson has never cooperated, nor ever will cooperate with the feds. They had to let Anderson go because the grand jury is dismissed when the indictment goes through. They no longer had any legal basis to hold Anderson.

I heard someone state 98% when the charges were levied on Michael Vick.

I am not sure if I even care whether or not he did steroids but lying under oath is bad mmmkay. I hope he gets nailed and is made an example of. Anymore when it comes to pro sports I just assume they're all doing 'roids. Either they clean it all up or make it legal I'm getting tired of hearing about it.

Here's an article on Anderson. Looks like he hasn't, and won't, testify against Bonds.
