Anyone else watch this? I admit I have gotten hooked. I used to think BSG was dark. It's like rainbows and unicorns compared to this show.

Never heard of it. What is it about and what channel/time slot is it on?

But he seemed so innocent on Malcom in the Middle.

The basic premise is this guy Walt ( Bryan Cranston that Kel refers to ) is a high school chemistry teacher. He's diagnosed with cancer and pretty much throws in the towel. While doing a ride along with his DEA brother-in-law, he sees an old student of his running away from the scene. He is broke, has a 16 year old special need kid and his wife is pregnant AND he is about to die. He finds the student and basically starts cooking crystal methamphetimine and sending this kid out to sell it for him so he can leave his family with some cash.

Sounds pretty depressing so far, huh? Its worse than it sounds. The writers definitely are good at both keeping all the characters very tightly wound and at producing shock value. I'm still trying to decide if last night's episode might of crossed the line of what should be acceptable on TV.

It comes on AMC on Sunday after the Mad Men slot ( a show I was never really able to get into ) and replays a couple times a week. It is heading into the season finale of season 2 and is definitely one of those shows you have to see it all from the beginning.
