This seemed sort of like the best place to put it, since its a 'real life' issue that I'm having trouble with. Summary: problem in Calc 2 that I don't know how to figure out, wondering if someone can provide a step by step breakdown of how to solve it since thats more meaningful than plugging it into my calculator.

Integral( (x+1) * SquareRoot(3x+5) dx )

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks. =p

I don't understand your notation. You want the integral of( (x+1) * the derivative of sqrt(3x+5) relative to X), or the derivative of ((x+1)*sqrt(3x+5)) relative to X, or just the indefinite integral of (x+1)sqrt(3x+5)?

Indefinite Integral of (x+1)sqrt(3x+5).
