I have downloaded a few programs, and they all seem like shit, anyone got any recommendations for a good CD to MP3 ripping program?

I've been using Audiograbber for years and years now. It's probably not the nicest ever, but it works great for me.

iTunes works pretty well, especially if you're not a tyrant about how your music library is laid out on your disc. (It basically lays them out in artist\album\<tracks>.m4a/mp3)

And no, if you extract your CDs in MP3 format, you won't suddenly wind up with a bunch of DRM'd MP3 files. You can even rip your CDs in AAC format without DRM.

Don't Winamp and WMP have CD ripping capabilities?

Found an awesome one that came with my maximum pc, dbPowerAmp, it works great, and can convert files from one type to another (.wav to .mp3, mp3 to wma, etc)

Windows Media has always worked for me.. especially v. 10. On some computers it seems to make them .cda tho, but for me it's always mp3.

Alright, itunes was exactly what I was looking for it and has an excellent interface for playing/browsing your music.
