After an experience tonight, I figured this is the kind of topic that might lighten things up on this forum for a bit. Of course, I could be wrong.

I came home from work, changed and mowed the lawn, drank a cold beer and headed for the shower. I was just starting to feel the hot water taking some of the tension out of my shoulders when I noticed the lil lady must have done some shopping, because my usual Irish Spring soap had been replaced with Dial Antibacterial (she has an allergy I guess, tho she hardly uses the shower here).

Well, I proceeded to shower and get all nice and squeaky clean, and then as I grabbed a towel and started to dry off, i looked down and thought I was standing in a pond....there was like a tub-wide coating of pond/soap scum floating around my ankles. I have never seen this with Coast or Irish Spring, which I usually use. I actually felt like I needed a shower more after using that soap than before. (She will hear about this, too) :(

Dial Anti-bacterial soap SUCKS!

Anyone else have a household product that reeally sucks?

You should buy yourself a shower puff and use Axe shower scrub. That will get ya squeeky clean and smelling good.

I bought a drink mixer cup with rubies all over it from Bed Bath and Beyond. The tacky jewelry fell out of it within a few uses, and the lid didn't seal right. Got Tequila Rose all over me. The cheap mixing shakers are the best.

LOL.

Leah has recently decided that bar soaps are no longer allowed in the shower b/c they have animal fat and cause soap scum and she's tired of cleaning soap scum. So every bathroom in the house had bar soap removed and has been replaced with various forms of stuff in bottles. I don't clean the shower so I guess it's ok I clean with a liquid soap rather than a bar one I don't care as long as I smell ok.
