Is it really disgusting? I mean, it is alleged, not even proven.
Indeed, if anything, the fact that such minimal damages and compensation was ordered, far short than what the copyright firms were demanding, shows an impartiality which I think is quite admirable.
Nonetheless, someone is not doing their job if the judiciary sitting in a certain case has any official or unofficial ties with its subject matter. That is the error here.

well, he already admitted it, so im going to go out on a limb and say yes: its proven, and yes, its disgusting.
also, the jail time and compensation was very very very high for a swedish court.

I know other nations employ atrocious punishments to crime but to emphasize what Wiggo said the verdict was very harsh for a Swedish court.
As an interesting side effect the verdict has resulted in that the Pirate Party now is the fourth largest political party. In members, not votes.

i was more just messing with Wiggo, with the name of the title, but i know a lot of us are following the TPB update.
