I've found some sites on it and I am looking at setting up a dual boot system, 1 hard drive for winxp and another with leopard. I'm not sure how much trouble I will have, it seems to vary based on configuration.
Does anyone have any experience with this?

I have run a dual-boot with Vista Ultimate x64 and Ubuntu x64 for over a year now. Only problems I ever had were with a faulty boot drive that was warranty replaced. I don't know how easy Leopard is to work with, but with Ubuntu all you do is install Windows, then install Ubuntu on a separate partition or drive (using its partition maker during installation) and then GRUB loads up everytime the PC is turned on allowing you to choose Windows or any number of Ubuntu modes (standard, recovery, etc.).

Basically you install Windows first since it doesn't play well with others, and then you replace the boot loader with something that doesn't hate all live on earth.

Nice. I will let you know how it is going in a few days when I get to mess with it.

Pretty much!
I don't mess with it much now but in the day I used LILO (old school!). Now I just run Knoppix or vmware when I need to try something different or feel geeky.
This topic actually led me to poking around the net and finding this.
