It seems that the email account has now been deleted which if you think about it means that potential evidence has been destroyed which is ilegal I think ;)

Invasion of privacy? Yes. Triumph of irony that supposed shining beacon of American achievement conducts official business via a personal email account to avoid scrutiny and is too incompetent to even successfully secure said account with something besides her zip code? Double plus Yes.

I have to wonder what 4chan can do to top this? That site is gonna be crawling with FBI/secret service for a long while.
