Getting up to FT 12 or so isn't really hard at all to think of it, just a little bit of work, so 100 isn't really that much or not enough... Hard part is all the spells, and no reputation

10 days played and my cleric sits at FT11, level 55, 3 AA and a ton of flags. Takes work, but not hard.

The quality of lvl 65's seems to suck tho. fast lvls with shit gear is the norm these days but people are still willing to shell out 1,500 bucks for the powerful toons.

I know that there probably aren't more than 1,000 active characters in the guilds ahead of mine. I know that those 1,000 people don't even make a dent in the server's AA average.

I am still making decent bank, couple grand here and there.

A buddy of mine starting a bard from scratch with 5k pp we donated to him made it from 1-65 and just broke 100 AA in 2.5 months. He currently has passed me in flags :( (the bastage) and is now 2 kills from EPs. He was playing on avg of 8 hours a day for the period up to 65 and 80 AA.. then he backed off some.

No powerleveling was involved except 12-15 in unrest my Shammy helped him. Other than that it was all him.

I should also note that he was not new to EQ, but returning from a very long absence.

It really depends on what class you are and what your flagged

for really, Ldon has made leveling to 65 easier then hell. My

52 sk level'd that high in about 1 day and 1/3'rd just by getting

ldon groups alone, granted shes twinked to hell. Most don't

like the lfg game so i suppose they don't level, But it really

depends on class ,for example, a cleric and ench i would

assume level faster then a war or a mage. Aa's are really not

hard at all i make just 2 or 3 a day helping friends ect... Bot

is about 6 aa or so a day if u play all day fire is about 28 or

so a day, my personal best is 142 aa in 5 days or so in fire

soloing. Closest i guess i ever got to that was 26 in 1 day

actually getting 100aa + is not hard its very easy these days .u can probably do it in 2 weeks .easily .

II'm sure any uberguild multiboxxer could pump out 65/100aa's every couple weeks. Might only take a week if you skipped raids. I know from powerleveling friends, an aa every 15 minutes is pretty standard for some classes.

No i leveled Every Level up to 62, i got every single fucking level up and even got 61, so fuck off, io couldn't AFFORD, so i gave to a friend, he quit, i got Dandie back, but even while he had it, i still leveled her, he just used for rezes and a extra cleric for his 6 person VZ kills or whatever he chose to do at the time, you might know him, Danaldor. But after that, when he quit, he gave dandie back, and i gave to another friend, who got 62... i only sold once, but even that, i got like 50 dollars or something, because i had to buy all expansions to move to differnt accnt. Your a fricken shaman, meaning you have almost unlimitted mana compaired to all the other classes.

Wincing, Canabilizing and quisinence how can you tell how much better you are with or without your FT items.

Parce your HP regen and mana regen, you will see how much better you are with and without your FT items.

IMO for the most part FT is really nice cause just like you said with voq + sd you have a lot of fd, well with ft15 that's like voq+kei+sd..

and a large mana pool overall is not that impressive. Like a 6k mana pool for a shaman is less than 14 casts of tnargs chained. But coupled with more important things like mana preserve in the form of scm / specialization / preserve items is what really makes your mana pool shine.

about you question about the FT and how I feel about it.

I feel that FT is very well needed. In the Long and short run you will notice a Huge differance in mana regen then if you had no FT at all.

With FT15 in a basic EXP group situation you will not need any form of KEI, or bard song to keep mana at full the entire time you are their. I never have to go and ask for a KEI b4 I go do a LDON or go EXP someplace due to my high self mana regen.

Having a Large mana pool is important also dont get me wrong, but if it came to me having FT15 and losing 1k mana to do so or have 2 FT and keeping the extra 1k mana I would almost 90% openly say go with the FT. since my mana regen would cover the fact that I would not need the extra mana to be able to heal longer since I was FM the entire time with my FT.

About the ranged item. In all honesty I would rather have the ranged item off shei then eather off the items since it gives a 3mana 3hp a tick regen and 150 point rune buff ( does not stack with beast lord regen tho ) then either of the 2 you mentioned above... the only reason i really like the blackflame sphere is the fact that it has GRC on it and for somereason I have never bought or gotten the spell, and I need the effect for alot of the encounters in PoP.

let me say this tho why should anyone care what others say or think about their gear? if you use it and it works just fine for you and you can do your job the same as someone else, then thats all that matters. thats why theirs so many differant iteams :)
