eqw, dx9.0b, geforce 3, worked fine before, cant get it to work now with or without eqw...any ideas?

if you still have the zip try re-extracting them in the folder, see if its a problem with eqw

After patching and installing DX9, the Everquest "world" seems darker. It's kinda weird.

the inside hallway near the zone in Karnor's was downright black, and adjusting gamma didn't seem to make much of a difference. Outdoors (DL, LoIO) was much better, but still seemed darker than usual ,and again adjusting gamma didn't seem to make much difference.

Anyone else see something like this?

Do you have EQPlayNice running?

I had EQ Companion running (been playing around with it for the last few days).

I'll have to reload the display drivers to see if that makes a difference.

Alot of the EQpnp type programs are broke or downright make shit worse.

if you're just trying to get 2 or more EQs running on the same rig, just window out of EQ and start up another EQ. you'll just have to alt+shift+r in and out of each window.
