They just announced that the current progression server is getting mainstreamed with the release of Seeds of Destruction, and that starting up a new one is now on the possible menu.
So I thought I'd mention things I've learned from the previous progression server.
1) the climate has changed. Everyone coming back is an expert. And an ass. And 2-3 boxes. Expect "bad behavior" and account for it. Bring whatever you need to level up with you either by friends, friends' accounts, or your own multibox. Or just play a solo class. :)
2) Where new stuff overwrites old stuff, the new stuff stays. This can cause anachronisms (stuff from future expansions available early). Don't complain about em, just find out about 'em and use em.
3) Top guilds tend to have attendance requirements. Sucks, but there it is.
4)It's a race. It'll go away soon. Love it for what it is.
Anyway, my new bet is a new one will go live No later than March.
