So there I was, with my group of average 40th level guildies from Lords of Wrath ( the real EW unlike the other pretenders on our server mind you). We were hitting Nek Castle to wrap up aprox 8 Heritage quests and really bump up our Status for the Guild. For the 3rd night in as many weeks the damn place becomes soooo buggy, it's instanced, that we're unable to continue the quests.

These quests are linear in nature and require many steps each and everytime you enter the zone mind you. So that when you get bugged out after 3 plus hours you're fucked and have to restart all over. ;( Worst yet you can't reenter that instance for 17 hours I think it is.

We summon a Guide/GM and get the absolute worst example of CS I have ever been party to. Female toon Guide by the name of Winsun (spelling perhaps) with absolutely ZIP for english comprehension nor a shred of game play knowledge proceeds to tell us too bad and dance around us cheering before she vanished....jesus...

Ahhh Heritage quests are big quests for items that were famous in the original EQ. Journyman's boots, Serrated Blade Dirk , Yaks, Fishbone earring and the like.....lots of colaboration with other folks required ..you get the picture...

I'm so dern pissed and well just bout thinking I need a few days away before I do something nuclear....grrrr

This should be no more in the next patch to hit from test.

CS is pretty much ass in EQ2. I've heard quite a bit about Nektropos, since a number of guildies have finished the Heritage quests there; I wasn't looking forward to it.

Nek Castle has offically made Baby Jesus weep..

Truth be told Fanny, you've at least gotten to hear from a GM. When you page a GM in World of Warcraft you get an e-mail 24 hours later, I've yet to reach someone actually in game.

This is true, most of the time I get some silly form letter from CS saying they can't help me and happy adventuring or some shit.

Of course this was back when the servers were live for a day or two and I just finished a quest and dinged 15 or some such and didn't get my reward.....I didn't even notice the flashing green plus in my window lol....

Nek is a bitch but hey it's challenging :D

Challenging is when you have to wrap your brain around something and work it out.

Bugged out POS is when you walk through a door thats supposed to remain open and it warps behind you. Leaving you stuck in a long hallway with only the Juggernaught and traps spawning to while away the time. ;(

Well, at least there is competition now so one might think that fuckups in either title would get fixed pretty quick since the MMO market now has choices for a fickle audience who demand alot more.

CS sucks lets start a RIOT! Fild you grab the torches, and fanny you grab the TP to cover all the buildings! I will come back and meet you in NQ!!
