Peter Pan sounds like a NJ club bouncer. I'm confused.

Basically what the corporate giants want is something like this:

Imagine calling your local pizza parlor on a friday night and receiving a message that you must wait to place your order. While you are waiting you get a message saying sorry for the inconvenience but if you would like to skip the wait you can be instantly connected to pizza hut.

The internet is the great equalizer and most certainly a great thing for small business.
