So Clinton is almost to the point of demanding that FL and MI be seated.

What is everyones take.

My issues are:

1.) I didn't vote in the primary since i was told ahead of time it didn't matter toward the nomination. The election should be revoted on.

2.) Obama's name wasn't even on the ballot in Michigan, how can you even concievable split the delegates up in a fair manner?

There is one answer to all that..

Hillary will do and say anything to win... Anything short of complete discounting of Florida and Michigan will be an attack on Obama.

My take?

Tell her to go fuck herself.

It sucks to disenfranchise them on the primary, but what are rules for if they don't have to be followed.

It's pure chicanery on her part anyway. She couldn't care less about whether or not those people are disenfranchised. It's just a big board game to her.

The very rules that Clinton wants rescinded are rules that SHE had a major hand in writing.

This is pure politicking on her campaigns part, if you notice she presents it as "The people of Fl and MI deserve to have their voices heard" and it leaves one thinking that for some nefarious reason Obama doesn't want them heard. In actuallity he followed the rules, he had his name removed from the ballot, she chose to do her best to circumvent those rules and because Obama was not on the ballot...well...she has a majority of the votes as she should...she was the only one on the ballot.

This is what seems to turn alot of people off about her, although she can get and play just as dirty as anything Karl Rove ever spit out, it's time we get to real issues in an election and get rid of the BLAH BLAH BLAH OBAMAS PASTOR...McAINS PASTOR type of bullshit.

The issues are very clearly laid out:

Iraq

Economy

Iraq

Healthcare

Iraq

From all I have read and heard, the Democrats fucked up in their handling of the situation, by not following the rules in the manner that the Republicans did; i.e. only half the voters/delegates would be seated if the state held it's primary earlier than the rules allow. I lost count of how many pundits and commentators have made this point on the talk shows, that the DNC erred by making it 100% rather than the 50% the rules stipulate for punishment.

Of course, I am sure it is possible that all of the pundits and commentators making this point are all Clinton backers.

Clinton's egotistical romp to destroy the Democratic unity is disheartening.

America needs a clean race, a clean victor and for Hillary to plot to make it all about her no matter what is pitiful.

That to me is the key. I'd love the Michigan and Florida delegates to be seated, but only if there are fair elections in both states.

Split the delegates 50/50 in both states. makes it a zero sum gain for both and lets Shrillary get her way in a manner that doesnt let her exploit the rules.
