That would be and is bollocks not bullocks, the latter is a male calf.

But can also be a good thing if they are canine bollocks in which case they are called 'the dogs bollocks', meaning very good, changed to dogs swingers in mixed company of course. When shortened to 'the dogs' it becomes more ambiguous because it could be a good thing (the dogs bollocks) or a bad thing (going to the dogs).
