No I don't remember him being touted that way. I think he said we need to re-order some priorities that have been either ignored or simply mis-managed and that it will be a tough road and very well might not be possible to do in 1 year or even 1 term.

Unfortunately Rover, there is a large group of people who do in fact believe he will "save the world". I was listening to MPR this morning on the way to work and they had a litany of sound bytes with people commenting on what they truly believe will happen when he becomes president. None of them were realistic. None.

I'm afraid a number of people are in for a rude awakening. He's not a miracle worker, he's our next president.
