There's a great place in midtown called The Independent. That's where Shorty and I usually go. I would highly recommend it. It's good times.

And where the hell in Atlanta are you that they banned alcohol? I've never heard of that. That's scary.

The Indpenendent rocks. We were trying to figure out what the hell to do one night so I looked up pool halls and came upon this place. There's another bar downstairs from it that sucks and is ghetto as shit. This place is in the shopping center with the Midtown Arts Cinema off of Monroe.

About 20 mins se of it in Conyers. Maybe its a city ordinance thing. I was told that by serving alcohol in the pool halls here, it causes too many fights and unruly people, so they took it out. Can go to a bar and drink, but thats all you'd be doing.. drinking. No playing. No fun.

I miss Ft. Gordon, Ga. (AKA Augusta) There was a killer pool hall there off post. Good food, cheap beer, and tons of nice well kept tables. I can't for the life of me remember the name but it's the best I've experienced. hmm maybe the name was Players or something like that.

It's changed since I was there then. I thought after a certain time children weren't allowed in. It might be pricey but some of those games are worth it :D And I hate smelling cigarette smoke which I never did there.

Everytime I've been to D&B lately, it's been older people and high school kids. They're too picky with where you can have your drinks near the pool tables anyway.
