I normally don't pay attention to the reputation comments I receive, but sometimes you see something so mind-boggingly stupid that you just can't ignore it.

I doubt you'd notice any additional framerate hits from the suffix titles, they just make your name a slightly larger texture to render. The real problems with the titles are:
1) They make people's names longer, which will make it even harder to tell what's going on when there's a bunch of people gathered together (which is why I use /shown 1 on raids.)
2) They can make the client show your name in really really small text. While this somewhat mitigates the first problem, it creates the additional problem that your name suddenly becomes harder to read.

Chances are good it's someone from Ayonae Ro, and given the wording of the hit and other hits from the same thread, it's likely someone from IVM. Either that, or someone's really good at framing/misdirection.
