I think the scariest part of this is citi filing BK and many other banks on the brink after there huge bailouts. Im not convinced the money has been well spent or appropraited other than to extend jobless benefits to those who need it.

I just placed one too many i's. CIT is who carries the credit for allot of small, medium businesses.

I guess its not important its just credit lines that keep businesses going and the loss of tax payers dollars.
