Can't wait! It's taken them forever to make a new one. Now I just have to continue hoping that they don't blow it with this movie. I still don't like the idea of "reinventing" the original series... I'm not even a huge fan of the old series and characters anyway. If it wasn't for The Next Generation and ensuing series, Star Trek would be as good as dead now. TNG/DS9/VOY FTW!

Wow! I like how they're sorta rebooting it, and yet paying tribute to the old series. (Can I get a Booya! for the short skirts and thigh high boots on the ladies? Damn straight!) This is the first Star Trek movie (or Star Trek anything for that matter) I've been looking forward to for sometime now.

The only star trek movie i liked was The Wrath Of Khan. I'm really looking forward to this one though.

I was pretty underwhelmed. The first trailer was great, this one kind of meh.
