Is there a free program out there that will let me edit animated gifs?

.....meaning I know I can google it but I'm asking for gurus here to give an opinon on one :)

I was looking for the same a couple months back. I actually found an online animated gif editor somewhere... don't remember where... but it actually worked really well. I was suprised. I know you hate to hear it... but try google-ing it hehe.

yeah I found that free site, I tried it and unfortunately didn't do what I wanted. :(

I did download something called AZpaint, it has a 15 day free trial and it did what I needed.

Thanks I didn't do it though, someone on the SoE boards did it for me....it stands out better there since the color scheme is predominantly black. I'm too lazy to make my own :)
