Scientists in Taiwan say they have bred three pigs that "glow in the dark".

mmmkay it seems to be all over the news now. I'm not sure how I feel about glowing food.

I will not eat green eggs and ham.....

OK, so can someone explain to me howand why they came up with the idea of making their pigs glow green? I have visions of a few guys passing around an opium pipe and deciding that this just needed to be done.

Or maybe they watched Heavy Metal one too many times.
