Half hour of 80's cartoon intros. I was born in 82, so there were a number of them that I don't really remember.. but oh the nostalgia from the ones I do!

Wow Sheera was so blatant about ripping off He-Man its not even funny.
And I totally didn't remember the monkey from Ghost Busters. Guess that came before the film?
*edit* wow, all sorts of drama around the Ghost Busters vs the film Ghostbusters.
A problem arose during filming when it was discovered that a show was produced in 1975 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1975) by Filmation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Filmation) for CBS (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CBS) called The Ghost Busters (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Ghost_Busters), starring Larry Storch (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Larry_Storch) and Forrest Tucker (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forrest_Tucker). (It should be noted that this show's title is written as two words instead of one word like the 1984 movie.) Columbia Pictures (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Columbia_Pictures) prepared a list of alternative names just in case the rights could not be secured. But during the filming of the crowd for the final battle, the extras were all chanting "Ghostbusters", which inspired the producers to insist that the studio buy the rights to the name.
The Ghost Busters was a live-action children's television series (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Television_series) that ran from 1975 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1975) to 1976 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1976) and was not affiliated with the similarly-titled 1984 movie (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghostbusters) (it must be noted, however, that Columbia Pictures (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Columbia_Pictures) paid Filmation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Filmation) for a license for the name). This series starred Forrest Tucker (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forrest_Tucker) as Jake Kong, Larry Storch (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Larry_Storch) as Eddie Spenser, and Bob Burns (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Bob_Burns_%28actor%29&action=edit) as Tracy the Gorilla. Tracy, and the sons of Jake and Eddie (who were also named Jake and Eddie) were later incorporated in to a cartoon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cartoon) television series, known alternately as The Original Ghostbusters/Filmation's Ghostbusters (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Filmation%27s_Ghostbusters), which ran from 1986 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1986) to 1988 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1988).
Each episode would always begin with one of the characters stopping in a convenience store (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Convenience_store) to pick up the tape recording that explained the mission they would have to go on in the episode. The tape would always be hidden inside a common object, such as a bicycle (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bicycle) or a typewriter (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Typewriter). The tape would always end with the statement, "This tape will self-destruct (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self-destruct) in five seconds," very much like Mission Impossible (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mission_Impossible), although it would always explode in the Ghost Busters' faces for comic effect.

Well, there's 2 different intros in there. Ghost Busters and "The Real" Ghost Busters. You're more familair with the latter, I'm sure.
