Ok, I wouldn't consider Carnage of War are real high level guild. There are about 10 high level chars, 4 of which I know for sure are ebay chars. They couldn't even raid hedge if they wanted too. I have grouped with a woman chanter from their guild who was completely clueless what her spells did and wiped LDoN group 3 times before the party gave her the F-U and dropped her ass. They are a joke, and most high level guilds will just ignore their ass when they try to leech a flag from you. They are pretty worthless. If you are in this guild, find another, it is a waste of your time.

Also the guild Zone is a guild that sucks too. They KS, camp steal, talk alot of crap about how uber they are and talk crap about most Elemental Guilds and Time Guilds. Nothing new, right? Well it is pathetic when their guild leader is clueless on what a flag is let alone where to find one.

Sad. And please stop spamming PoK for people to join your loser guild. It is also sad that the fact is you are the guild leader. No one likes you because of all the crap you talk and all the people you have pissed off. Delete your character and die.

RIP, now they are a respectable guild. They do wipe alot, but most guilds just getting into elemental does. Way to go mates. They aren't the biggest and baddest guild, and they know it, and they don't try to brag that they are. They show respect, unlike the other two guilds I have mentioned.

Sweet for officers to say about people they once called friends.

Someone asked me about SoR. They are a decent enough guild, though they are pretty much Planeless and raidless. They are a good guild if you are looking to guild your low to medium level chars. They are pretty nice towards people and all, but their numbers have sharply decreased as of late. They don't seem to hold grudges over people who leave their guild and will still be openly friendly with you after you leave.

KILL. Another dying guild with inner conflicts between officers and other members. This guild once looked very promising, but has officially stopped to slack. If these people don't get their crap together and more organized, then they will end up like all 98% of the guilds that have come and gone.

Trials by Night. This is the kinderguarden version of the once pretty strong guild Night. But this is hardly a shadow of the former guild. One day while on my mule in PoK, I was sent a invite to this guild. Interested, I joined and at the time (3weeks ago) there was only one person on, a level 13 female druid who was the officer. She welcomed me and 2 others that took the invite, but then demanded that each of us pay her 1000 plat for application fees. This lead to my prompt /tar self /guildremove as I have heard Champions and Trials by night are nothing more then a stepping stone to use to get to the REAL guilds on A.Ro server

Demented Illusions. This is a sad guild lead by clueless people who are online about 5 min every other day. This is a guild you join when you are completely clueless about Everquest and you want to stay that way. This guild wiped 3 times in Unrest. Must I say more?

Bladelords Order. This guild was at first really kicking ass, though they lacked raid experience. They were open to new raid styles and tactics. Then their guild leader left. Now they are a dorment guild that you might see buzzing around PoK or begging for members in PoK. People leave this guild daily, and it doesn't hold a very bright future.

Keepers of Nexus. This guild is just a new n00bie guild. The guild leader is only level 35 or so and they don't do much in the ways of raids, but a fun guild to pal around in with your mid level alts. There isn't many members above the level of mid to upper 30s, so this guild remains just an secondary alt guild. Only dedication will lead this guild to the higher level targets.


These are all review from not only mine, but other people's interaction with the guilds, etc...

If you find anything on here offensive or slightly upsetting...tough, go away no one cares.

If you are a member of one of these guilds and you feel hurt and need to talk to someone so you can feel better about yourself...tough, go away, not one cares.

If you want to reply and flame me because you are insecure about your sad little guild mentioned here...go away no one cares. I prolly won't even read the lame crap you wrote, but flame away so you can feel better about yourself, and after you are done flaming me go hug a tree because no one cares.

OMG that is so true. I have been falling over myself for the longest time apologizing and trying to make peace with these people, whom I once called dear friends. VERY few have actually remained civil to me. So here is a big FUCK YOU to all of Twilight Blades who I once called friends. Your guild fell apart a long time ago. To the few that actually still talk to me.. I am sorry but you know as well as I that it needed to be said.

Well your completely right about KILL Guild going nowhere but down. Sad thing that happened inside this guild was the Leaders girlfriend was a raging bitch and continuously tried to make her own rules on raids and flamed everyone all the time on the boards and in game, especially if you were a female. This chick has some major emotional problems and used the guild as her tool to try to fix herself and her emotional baggage. She was the root of all-evil to this guild.

Her finally being asked to disband from the guild causes the leader to step down as another core member took over leadership. Some of KILL members did not see the Chaos she caused and fought for her return causing many officers to de-guild knowing her return would again put KILL into a crippling state. KILL had great plans and was motivated but this one bad apple continued to spoil the barrel with her ranting and raving over everything. she KILLed KILL.

Sad thing is the man behind the guild leader tag worked hard to make this guild work and his own women fought against him on the rules and officers. I don’t ever see this guild being more than a mid 50’s old world killing style guild.

They were on a promising road until she flamed and called members bitches in raid chat. Her constant rebelling against everything they tried to do was a battle.

I don't know the whole story here, but have been a good friend of Rugal and KILL for a long time, and have raided with them on multiple occasions. I've not worn that tag, so can't speak for what goes on internally, but I've never heard an unkind word from Spekter, and she was even tempered and generous with us when we guested with KILL re loot issues and everything else.

It's in extremely poor taste to drag internal guild issues onto a public board, btw. And if you're too much of a coward to even stand behind your own rants, then I don't see that others should take them with anything less than a huge grain of salt either...

KILL's problems are KILL's problems and its best if its left at that. There was no need to go that direction "flower" at all. It seems to me that was more intended to hurt than to be objective with your opinion of where KILL is headed. People that left KILL in this last event, including me, miss KILL, and all though we can't or won't return, we wish on ill will to KILL or any of our friends there.

Good Luck to you Rugal, and all the other KILLers, seeing your post here gives me hope in seeing KILL getting back to KILLing again

As for the original post that started this, I suggest if your going to review guilds on A Ro, talk to several members or officers of the guild your reveiwing, I hope you didn't come to this conclusion from one person on a rant.

KILL is a guild that has transcended from older games such as Islands of Kesmai all the way to EverQuest. This is not a guild that will EVER just wither away and die. No matter how hard personal feelings get.

KILL will survive this very 'internal' strife and will even outlast Everquest itself. Personally I am tired of people bringing up old excuses for what has happened. And doing so under an anon disguise is dishonorable.

Enough of my anger on this stupid anon posting, I just want to let you all know that KILL will prevail and will always be around, no matter the incarnation. You can never KILL the Lawful Ghoul.

I did post that comment and yes I was an officer in KILL and yes it wasn’t easy dealing with the same repetitive issues. I was wrong for blasting off at the mouth, I was wrong for venting it here on this board. It was not right and I am bad, I feel like shit, for trying to lye my stupid ass out of it too.
