Vhex: Pop Will Eat Itself (PWEI) is a band from England popular around the early 90s. I like em alot, got to see them at the Whisky around that time.

Dreadful Etiquette is a band I played in round the same time. But, alas, the band broke up bout late 1999. All of us were working too much to promote ourselves. :( We made tapes, etc, but nada from record companies. If enough peeps are interested, I've converted all the tunes of all the bands I've been in, into MP3s. Will gladly zip em up and post em after the end of the month so I don't go over the two hosters' limits. The other bands are Beau Monde (Pop, 8 member band, just 3 tunes) and Monster X (garage punk, mid 80s thru 90s, bout a dozen tunes).

Greystone: I've got a MIS Nvidia 4600 card..had it for 5 months before I realized it would send and capture video. So I hooked it up to my VCR and TV. I use composite connections cuz neither has S-Video (which I suspect is better). The VCR records in 800x600 but the best I can cap, atm, is 640x480. :( If I had a digital video (DV) camera I could passthru it for better cap resolution I think. Still I capture in Windows Movie Maker 2, cuz it's the only capture program I'm happy with. I save the parts I might use and export in WMV, then import into Adobe Premire to do most of the work. When it's all done, I save it there as MS AVI (this last one made a file 2.5gig!). I then import back into WMM2 and save it again as WMV so it's not so dang big. This last one is only the 3rd vid I've ever made.
